Graduated in law at the Bicocca University of Milan, I am Lawyer enrolled in the Milan Bar Association and in the Chamber of Commerce of Milan in the Register of Experts -Translators for the English language.

I am a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Association for Juridical Studies on Immigration (ASGI) and Pro Bono Italia. I also collaborate with the Milan Public Prosecutor as a translator for English.

I provide, to companies and individuals, legal advice, out-of-court assistance and judicial and arbitration representation in the civil law field. I do pro bono services for deserving people experiencing situations of particular vulnerability..

I deal mainly with commercial contracts (contracts of sale, procurement and service contracts), in particular those characterized by international profiles and where a study and an in-depth analysis in terms of jurisdiction, competency, conflict and application of laws of different countries, is needed.

I also deal with civil liability, corporate law, inheritance law, property (lease and sale of real estate) and condominium law.

Lastly, I gained experience in the field of foreign citizens rights, particularly referred to citizenship, immigration for investments, asylum rights and international protection.

In litigation I favour negotiation and the pursuit of a point of mediation, which protects and benefits the client in terms of timing, serenity and result. Since the personal and commercial relationships are becoming more and more international and cross-breed, I encourage and favour a progressive integration and rapprochement, both legally and culturally.

I pursue the details and the constant professional updating; I intensely use technology also in the professional field, to guarantee an increasingly flexible, multimedia and timely assistance.

I strongly believe in human side of relations and in the empathy with the client, whose listening and understanding needs often to go beyond the request for a technical legal assistance. Thereby I favour a direct, sincere relationship based on the simplicity and accessibility of the language.
