With reference to national law, European Union law, ECHR and other international conventions we provide consultancy on the immigration law, in particular regarding to visas, residence permits and citizenship.

We assist foreign people from the moment they apply for a visa to enter Italy until they stay on the territory (residence permits for work or study reasons, conversions, EU residence permits for long-term residents, residence permits for family reasons).

For resident foreigners, in order to facilitate their integration process, we pay particular attention to family union and access to employment, housing and study rights. We also assist them in the eventual request for Italian citizenship, with regard both to citizenship by marriage and to citizenship by residence.
